Hey whats up guys. My name is Jayden Pollard and I am the founder of SHREDDIT. I have an obsession with building muscle, losing fat, and lifting heavy circles.
Like most of you I want to build as much muscle, and strength, in the shortest amount of time (naturally of course).
Over the years I have picked up quite a bit knowledge, and decided fuck it, why not share this knowledge with the rest of the world.

Quite the transformation, completely natty of course. I’ve been bulking for awhile now so I’ve been team tank top for almost a year, but once I lean out and get the sembelnce of abs I’ll be spamming shirtless pics like theres no tommorow. Who knows maybe I’ll start a fit tok, or even a YouTube channel.
Anyways this 4 year transformation could’ve been done in 1-2 if I knew what I was doing from the start, but like most of you reading this I didn’t so I spent 3 years in the trenches not knowing what the hell I was doing, and 1 year of optimal gaining.
